(More customer reviews)I've been using Spike seasoning for years. I just love grilling flounder and chicken with it. This past year I haven't been able to find it in any of the grocery stores in my area. There wasn't even a label on the shelves for it any longer, so I knew it was going to be difficult to find. The managers all said they could order it special, but not on a regular basis. I resorted to my 'old faithful' Amazon.com and there it was! It sold for a fair price and in a larger quantity as well. It arrived in just a few days and was packaged carefully as usual. I can enjoy my fish, chicken and salads again. Thanks Amazon!

Mrs Dash obviously has poor marketing people as they fell into the "big crunch" Steak seasonings charade to be like the others. I found another website on Google that had five bottles and bought all of them. Hope Mrs Dash sooner than later realizes this stupidity to cancel a favorite.

(More customer reviews)I like this seasoning even better than McCormick's Buffalo Wing seasoning. Now I'm not saying it even comes close to real, honest-to-goodness barbecue because it absolutely is NOTHING like that, however it does taste really good- kind of a spicy bbq taste - and it's easy to use. You just coat the chicken pieces with it and throw it in your preheated oven.
I put the pieces on a foil covered cookie sheet, spray the foil with a non-stick spray and clean up is super easy as well. I've used this with boneless chicken tenders, wings and legs and always had good results. However, as with McCormick's Buffalo Wing mix, this also tends to brown/burn easily if you try to use your broiler or your outdoor grill.
Bottom line: This tastes good and is a great mix to use when you're in a hurry or don't feel like taking alot of time in the kitchen. You can do it in the oven which I think takes about 25 minutes or so (less with boneless)so you aren't having to hover over the stove or grill.

(More customer reviews)Wasn't quite sure what to expect, but this is tasty. Has a decent chipotle spicy flavor for a boullion cube. I've been adding it mainly to rice dishes. I often use part of a cube as they easily crumble and can add extra flavor just for me. My husband doesn't like overly intense flavors, so I can make a skillet of food and add chipotle only to my plate OR make mine a stronger chipotle than his. Reminds me of the flavor coating on a good chipotle or mesquite potato chip!

A robust pork rub which enhances the flavor of pork baby back ribs on the grill or in the oven.
Simply rub a tablespoon or so over the ribs [both sides], wrap them in foil, and bake at 375 degrees F for roughly 1 hour. Ribs are done but you may wish to broil for a minute or two on each side.
Yum!
Hope your grocery carries it. Look for it in the spice aisle. Ours did and then quit for some reason although they still carry the McCormick Grill Mates Chicken rub. Equally delicious!
