(More customer reviews)Despite what some think there is a ton of fillers in here (see the ingredient list on the Omaha site), but.... that is not a bad thing in this case. They are not unhealthy fillers and these are very delicious. Our kids just love them. We serve one ball as a serving as that is the perfect healthy carb portion for a meal. 1 piece has the following nutrition just in case you are wondering:
Calories: 120
Fat: 4.5
Trans Fat: 0
Sodium: 270
Carbohydrate: 17
Protein: 3
For our dinners we try to keep our carb side to under 5 fat & 25 carb. This fits perfectly & the taste is superb. Baked in the oven, they come out crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. All with no grease. We now keep these on hand instead of french fries. I know they cost more, but they taste better and they are so much healthier. We wait for one of the sales and buy several boxes at a time.

(More customer reviews)Our dogs love these peanut butter carrot trests. They are small and easy to break apart and chew. They work great as training treats. We have purchased Robbie Dawg treats in the reusable jars (cute gifts!) and reusable tins (these are great too for travel). This version of the product came in a box with a sealed inner plastic bag. Which is fine except the inner plastic sealed bag on the last two boxes we have purchases comes ripped open. All the treats fall out in the bottom of the box. I ended up transferring them to another container.
They do not contain wheat or any animal by-products. Very healthy dog treats and our dogs seem to love them!!

(More customer reviews)Beings that I live in a remote area where there is NOT a lot of availability to this type of food or spices, I tried going with these mixes for my Indian dinner party. I have been disappointed with pretty much every one I have tested.
Instead of these Parampara mixes, try to find Shan mixes. I am soooooo thankful to the Pakistani lady who turned me on to them. They are perfect for recreating an authentic Indian/Pakistani meal. Just like these Parampara mixes, all you do is add the meat and or vegetables, oil, etc. to the spice mix. The complete directions are printed in english on the back of the box. They have the perfect spice blend and heat. I can only highly recommend the Shan: Chappli Kabab! I grilled my patties out on the grill and served them with Naan, lettuce leaves, and a cool cucumber raita. And Dal Curry for a side. Mmmmm, totally yummy!

(More customer reviews)The chicken pieces inside are not firm. Some of them have disintegrated into dust like residue and they line the bottom of the can. The other solid pieces are powdering slowly. Not at all appealing to watch when you open the can expecting chunk chicken. Still since this is a healthier option and maybe they are not using any preservatives to keep the firmness, i dont have much problem with this product.

It has much higher sodium content than some other's that I have tried, but this is a great deal using subscribe & save, so I overlooked that. Also, I like salt. (More customer reviews)I didn't realize when I bought these that they were made in China. In fact, I fed them to my dogs until someone looking at the package pointed it out to me. I'm a little leery of buying dogs treats from China and other developing countries since the melamime incident. Who knows what oversight there is on the production. So, now I order *only* Snook's sweet potatoe dog chews from Healthy Happy Pet (through Amazon). These are organic dried sweet potato chunks made in the US and my dogs **love them**. I also get Sam's Yams but the Snook's are nice and crunchy. I got a small bag for my sister's Shih Tzus and they loved them as well. If Dogswell would find a place in the US to make their products, I'd be willing to buy. But as long as they are made in China-- won't do it anymore.

Great product for training dogs! I use them all the time for training (walking on a lead, sitting, fetching). They are high in flavor so even with our 7 month Golden Retriever, treats cut in half work well for a reward. Unlike dog kibble or other treats, these are quickly digested so that your dog will not be gagging on them as he/she works on the next behavior. To keep fresh, keep bag tightly closed and put a portion of the cut treats in a resealable sandwich bag. If they do get exposed to air and dry out, a small portion of a moistened paper towel in the bag will restore them to original texture.

One of my cats used to be pre-diabetic, asthmatic, and overweight. At that time his diet was exclusively Iams. My vet, who has done much research on various foods, has a list of cat food she recommends. Of all the expensive and exclusive brands of food, the Fancy Feast Turkey & Giblets Feast and the Gourmet Chicken Feast really made a difference, and my other more finicky eaters loved it! The 'problem cat' is no longer asthmatic, has lost weight, and is not pre-diabetic. Plus, everyone who sees him can't get over what a fantastic shiny coat he has. (More customer reviews)This is consistently good-quality, tasty chicken. Why only four stars? Well, even though it's good, it still has the taste of canned chicken. I can't blame Tyson, I have never had chicken out of a can or pouch that tasted as good as fresh-cooked chicken, and I don't think that's even possible.
NOTE: The current Amazon price for this item at the time of this review, $42.86 per 12 pouches or $3.57 per 7-oz pouch, is significantly higher than my nearby grocery store charges ($2.64 per 7-oz pouch or $31.68 for 12 of them.) This is their regular, everyday price, not a sale price. (I did not base my star rating on price, only on the product itself.)
Amazon used to always have the best prices but nowadays, you have to price-compare everything you buy here.
