Annie Chun's Spicy Szechuan Noodle Express, 7.4-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 6) Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I found this VERY delicious - to me it tasted like a good dish at a Chinese restaurant - spicy and flavorful. My only caution is that the box is TWO servings, not one, so the calories aren't a nice, low 170 - it's 340 if you eat the whole thing (which is VERY easy to do). I don't know if it should have been named 'Spicy Szechuan' because the paste included is actually made from a Korean dish - gochujang red chili paste - but I found this VERY tasty!
Pros: made in USA, natural ingredients, no MSG or preservatives
Cons: 2 servings as packaged so 340 calories, 58g carbs and 38% of daily sodium.

I love the flavorful complexity of Szechuan cooking. But as a working mom, I rarely have the time to make it from scratch. That's why I've created these fast Noodle Express meals. They're ready in a minute in the microwave and you can store them in your cupboard at home or at work.
An Amazing Szechuan Meal--a Classic Chinese fusion of salty, sweet, sour, and spicy flavors over our delicious, soft ramen noodles. Tangy tomato with premium Gochujang red pepper and a hint of ginger make this unique dish a memorable meal. Low-sodium soy sauce keeps the flavors healthy and balanced. My Spicy Szechuan noodles are delicious by themselves, or with a handful of veggies like shredded carrots and bean sprouts. Try adding a handful of cooked shrimp, chicken, or tofu.
FreshPak Noodles--My authentic gourmet noodles are a culinary departure from the deep fried variety found in college dorm rooms. They're prepared in the traditional style of Asian cuisine--steamed and blanched for a firm and flavorful texture that blends beautifully with my signature sauces. Once you try these delicate, FreshPak noodles, you'll never settle for dry noodles again.
This meal comes to you in a biodegradable tray that decomposes in the soil with no harm to the earth. It's better for the planet and one small way we can care for our environment together.
