(More customer reviews)The knobs are handy replacements for broken knobs not available from the manufacturer. I ordered the item to repair a broken knob on a slow cooker.
Glad there were two in the pack. First problem was the supplied screws were too short to use on the cover. I purchased longer stainless steel screws at a local hardware store. I overtightened the first one and cracked the heat shield. Fortunately there was another in the package to use.
I used the cover only once so far and the knob worked o/k but got loose. I think I'll add a lock washer to eliminate that problem.
All in all glad this product is available to replace original knobs otherwise the appliance would be unusable.
