(More customer reviews)This cooker boils liquids at the "Low" setting and the "Keep Warm" setting maintains around 125F. Utterly useless for slow cooking. The whole idea of slow cooking is to maintain a temp hot enough to kill bacteria and low enough to not boil your meal at the low setting. What a piece of junk.
