Please write them and tell them how much this soup means to all vegetarians and vegans, as well as, anyone who's ever tried it. I have been vegetarian for almost 4 yrs now. As a child my mom would give me chicken noodle soup when I was sick. I have LONGED for a product like this when Im sick ever since the change in diet. I dont eat ANY form or meat or seafood Im a true vegetarian only using organic dairy products. The fact that this soup is also VEGAN makes it even better to purchase. ALL of my meat eating friends have tried this and said they couldnt tell the difference, in fact the 1st time i was cooking it my roommate came home and asked y does it smell like chicken cooking?, Soup? I replied yes chicken noodle soup, he was confused. I told him to try it, he asked if i made it for my mom was she sick too?? LOL Told him no its vegan chic noodle soup he was amazed to say the least. And, in reference to the comment bout the high sodium content, most all soups r high in sodium. However i dilute it more so i will put 11 plus cups of water and freeze the remainder, thus cutting down on the sodium, and extending the amount of the product. Plz write the manufacturer and tell them to plz continue making this soup pretty pretty pretty plz?!!!!!

(More customer reviews)This soup was purchased for an outdoor parking lot sale when we needed to have some warm weather food items to sell to customers. I made gallons of the soup and it all sold. Many people commented on how good it was and many went back to buy another cup.
Since it is lacking in chicken meat, I stewed some chicken beforehand and added it. adding the chicken meat seems to be the only thing that would make this tasty soup better!

(More customer reviews)For a quick cheap meal that stores well and requires very little effort, Lipton Noodle Soup is a pretty good choice. It tastes like chicken noodle soup (well, sort of), which is what you'd expect, and is fairly good if you rate it against what it's supposed to be. It has a good long shelf life, so you don't have to worry too much about tossing it in the pantry and pulling it out when you next find it.
Great for camping, day trips, or just if you don't feel like anything complicated. Time to mix it up? Just add water.
It's not gourmet (and it's not supposed to be). The consistency is a little off, flavor different than you'd expect for fresh, and boy is this stuff salty. But what did you expect? It's soup in a box, and it serves its purpose. If you wanted gourmet, you wouldn't be getting it from a box anyway.
It does what it's supposed to do well, and that's what matters.

(More customer reviews)I give this product 5 stars not because it's the best soup I've ever tasted, but rather, that Health Valley has accomplished its goal of providing a healthy, fast, and filling soup when time is an issue.
I like that it's low sodium. The myriad of spices more than make up for the lack of salt...and that it's mildly spicy is a big thumbs up.
I've tried all of the flavors and believe that the chicken noodle is the most satisfying.
The key is to let the soup settle for more than the directed 5 minutes....7-8 minutes works better because some of the veggies need the extra time to get soft.
Buying from Amazon in bulk is a huge savings. In the super markets, it's sometimes close to $3. Thus making this a very affordable lunch or snack when bought here.
And I especially like that no MSG or any other bad for you chemicals are in the soup. All Health Valley products are good stuff. They keep sodium and sugar content low making it a go to food item for me.
Try this...you'll like it.

(More customer reviews)I was looking forward to this gluten free soup because the picture looks great. It does have a starchy taste which happens when noodles are not rinsed after cooking, they are probably cooking the pasta right in with the soup from the start rather than cook and rinse first. It's hard to find any canned chicken noodle soup gluten free so this is a good start, with canned soup containing pasta starchy soft pasta is probably hard to avoid.
Particularly because rice pasta is extremely starchy I have been partially cooking pasta separately and rinsing and keep in fridge, when heating soup or broth I just add the pasta at the end a couple of minutes prior to eating and it works best. I got the idea from a restaurant serving soups as a gluten free option - they do not put pasta into the soup until just before serving to prevent mushy pasta. I will probably go back to this method for soups with noodles but will definitely try some of the other Gluten Free Cafe soups that do not contain pasta.
