(More customer reviews)I just tried a package of Chicken Vegetable soup from The Spice Hunter. The package says "Quick & Natural" and "All Natural Soups". It has 0g Trans Fats, and no artificial ingredients. But it tastes like crap. I soldiered through about half the bowl of soup and decided I could not continue. I want my money back.

EVO Red Meat Small Bite Dry Dog Food Review

(More customer reviews)First I will say I love most Innova Evo products and feed my three Miniature Schnauzers the chicken formula which was the original recipe.
Before I had found Evo, my Miniature Schnauzers were fed a RAW diet (aka BARF)which was great but unfortunately one of the girls started getting sick on raw chicken because of the fat content.
Innova Evo's red meat recipe came out much later than the Innova Evo's chicken formula and I decided to try it to give them a change of taste. Unfortunately two of my dogs couldn't take the change even though I did it on a very gradual reduction of Innova Evo's chicken formula to Innova Evo's red meat formula.
Any little amount of the Innova Evo's red meat formula (10% Innova Evo's Red Meat to 90% Innova Evo's Chicken) gave two of my Schnauzers bad diarrhea after eating it and after a week of trying to convert them all gradually I decided that it wasn't worth it and took it to back to the store where I purchased it from and they allowed me to trade it for the chicken formula. I placed all of my Schnauzers back on Innova Evo's chicken formula and they were fine.
I don't know why Innova Evo's Red Meat formula caused two of my Miniature Schnauzers diarrhea (each time I fed them this) but I don't think it's the red meat, I think it's what ever else is mixed in with the red meat which may have caused it or perhaps I just had a bad batch.
The reason I believe this is because I have given all three Schnauzers meaty beef neck bones before in the past and they were fine.
Whatever it is I'm not going to try Innova's EVO Red Meat formula again and take my chance.

(More customer reviews)I love the Plato line of products as they allow me to just mindlessly pick from the line and know that I am feeding something good to my dog(s). As for "Smart Dog Snacks" with Ginkgo Biloba and DHA...I'd better watch out, because my dogs love these treats so much that the treats just may make them smart enough to figure out how to open the "treat cabinet" take the container down and unscrew the lid to help themselves!
While the treats themselves look like beef jerky, they are made with all natural, organic ingredients. The dogs don't care what's in these treats, they just know they love them. As I am typing this they are both sitting at attention, staring at me and whimpering while trying to do the Jedi Mind Trick of "you want to give us more Smart Dog Snacks, pick up your hand from that keyboard and reach in the container and hand us more. Do it. Do it now."
There's so much junk out there and plenty of junk food that claims to be natural (just like people food) but this stuff is the real deal. Much like the food that I feed to the humans in the family, I know what each of the ingredients are and love that the first two ingredients are duck and brown rice. There aren't cost cutting fillers in these treats; it's a straight up high quality product. As an aside, I've bought from the seller, The Whole Healthy Pet many times, and I am always impressed with the products they carry. Just as I know that I can trust the Plato brand, I know that if a product is being carried by The Whole Healthy Pet, then it is a high quality product and I feel like a good parent getting it for my dogs.

(More customer reviews)I have 2 black lab mix dogs (littermates). They are now 2 years old. They didn't tell me when I got them that part of the mix was beaver. These dogs can chew anything. If it squeaks, it takes on average 10 seconds from being new to being destroyed. Don't even get me started on toys that have stuffing. Within the last two weeks, I've started allowing them to be uncrated in my house without me there. Previously, they were completely untrustworthy, but I feel really guilty crating them while I'm at work. And I thought they were acting more grown up. Not chewing my stuff, just theirs. So, I came home one day to find a highlighter destroyed (on carpeting, of course). The next day the victim was one of their dog beds that they'd always left alone. So, out of desperation I tried this product (and paid way more than the price at Amazon at a local pet store). These things are AWESOME. They keep their attention for hours and a treat lasts for about 2 days. My one dog loves hers so much that she's like obsessed with it. And the material it's made of seems to be unchewable to them (which I initially worried about, having not found anything in nature or manmade that they couldn't destroy). I love these things.
