(More customer reviews)I've never found take out General Tso's that is not deep fried, but with this sauce you can cook some chicken breast or thighs in a pan, put them over rice and broccoli or mixed veggies, pour on the sauce and microwave to make a reasonably healthy meal. It isn't quite as spicy as some restaurants, but you could always buy some peppers to add.
