(More customer reviews)I slice boneless skinless chicken breast flat wise into about 1/2 inch fillets and perforate with a knife, and freeze in 1 qt freezer bags, with some dressing poured in with the chicken, then after thawing, grille quickly over a very hot grille, only enough to cook, without drying out the chicken, makes a very tasty grilled chicken. Can top the grilled chicken with a little dressing before serving if desired.
