It's a little like kids' macaroni & cheese out of a box, in that it's filling and takes about 20 minutes to make, except this is usually only eaten on Passover and it's amazing. Children aged 2 and up will have fun squishing matzo goo into balls, and then a responsible adult can put the balls in the heated soup broth (and clean up the mess). My mom was the responsible adult in the above situation for years. One box = roughly half a dozen dinners.
