(More customer reviews)We always keep a supply of Las Palmas red chile sauce in our pantry. It is the basis for much of our Mexican dishes, especially pozole and red chile stew. It's unavailable in the stores here in Kansas. When we can't get back to Texas to buy some, we order from Amazon.com and receive delivery in just a few days.
