When straining upside down, a large number of the grains get stuck in the grooves in the cover and around the edge of the container. Picking them out can be messy and defeat one of the main purposes of the product: fast, convenient preparation.
The chicken, which happens to be barely noticeable and practically tasteless, is very dark and looks more like beef than anything else.
On a positive note, the BBQ sauce, which includes corn as one of its ingredients, is pretty good.
While I'm a big fan of Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers, I won't be purchasing this particular flavor again.
