Annie Chun's Chinese Chow Mein Noodle Express, 7.1-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 6) Review
Average Reviews:
(More customer reviews)I've had chow mein before and this is not it. The noodles are Ok although they have a weird texture but like another reviewer said, you have to heat them up first because they're packed together pretty tight. Even after I microwaved according to the package directions, I still had a hard time breaking the noodles up to get everything mixed together. The worst part is the sauce. It tasted like watered down soy sauce and there was a very unpleasant tangy after taste. Yuck! I'm not sure who taste tested these but they need to go back to the drawing board. You can find a much tastier meal than this for 320 calories.

Award-winning cuisine doesn't have to take hours. But it helps to have a few tricks up your sleeve. That's why I created these Noodle Express meals. They're delicious, fresh tasting, and ready in the microwave in less than a minute.
Classic Chinese Chow Mein--hints of garlic and scallion blended with toasted sesame oil, sherry wine, and low-sodium soy sauce tossed with fresh cooked ramen noodles. Based on my Garlic Scallion recipe that won top honors at New York's Fancy Food Show, these Chinese Chow Mein noodles are a favorite with my kids. I hope they'll win top honors with your kids too. Keep them on hand when you want a great-tasting meal but don't have the time. Try adding a handful of tofu, chicken, or shrimp. Or add fresh vegetables of your choosing.
FreshPak Noodles--My authentic gourmet noodles are a culinary departure from the deep fried variety found in college dorm rooms. They're prepared in the traditional style of Asian cuisine--steamed and blanched for a firm and flavorful texture that blends beautifully with my signature sauces. Once you try these delicate, FreshPak noodles, you'll never settle for dry noodles again.
This meal comes to you in a biodegradable tray that decomposes in the soil with no harm to the earth. It's better for the planet and one small way we can care for our environment together.
