(More customer reviews)I've tried several Bun Bo Hue soup base and this is by far the best. The flavor is good, but you have to watch out for the MSG. That's the only reason I didn't give it a five stars. I use this as a supplement in my broth. You do have to use beef bones to make the broth first and then add this as a supplement. In addition, I also put a few stalks of lemongrass to boost the flavor. Overall, the flavor is great. So much better than the Quoc Viet Soup base.
