I prefer to purchase a salt seasoning such as Stephanie's Salt Seasonings which is all natural, no fillers, additives, no MSG and is available with a salt substitute. And best all of it has 4 varieties of salt- sea salt, kosher, lite and salt substitute. What else could you ask for?

I did some investigating and saw I could order it through Amazon...who woulda guessed? It was obviously a little more to order online than getting in a store, but I'll take it from where I can get it! I love all Lawry's marinades, but this is by far my favorite.

(More customer reviews)I made a stir fry with it the day after receiving it in the mail and it was really rather good. In fact usually when I made it with other sauces there was leftovers but this time everyone had seconds and even some thirds and finished it.
The only reason this didn't get 5 stars was that you really can't taste any pineapple in it. I figured the pineapple would be subtle when I bought it but we couldn't notice it at all. But even with this minor flaw it is good sauce.
EDIT: I used this to marinade a roast and it came out really good. First I took a knife and poked allot of holes in the top of the roast, put garlic cloves in the holes then rubbed the roast down with a cup of this sauce and let it sit in the fridge over night. After cooking in the crockpot for 10 hours on low it was out of site. Even my very picky eater of a mom came over and loved it. In fact she came back over today for leftovers.

Add a tsp of sesame seed oil it for more flavor, then add to chicken in a plastic bag, chill overnight in the fridge. Remove chicken and boil the marinade 5 minutes uncovered, then chill. The cooked marinade is safe to use as a marinade again, or as a salad dressing.

The bottle is too big for one use, however, so we stuck the leftovers in the freezer and used it up a couple weeks later. Not salty or too highly seasoned, so would probably work good on fish, also.

(More customer reviews)I found this on the spice shelf of my local grocer and decided to give it a try. What a find! Our house smells like a gourmet kitchen every time I use it. It's excellent in the oven and on the grill. Recently, smaller stores stopped carrying the product, so it's a lot harder to find. But it's well worth the trouble. I've tried many other brands of chicken rubs/seasonings (McCormick, etc.) but this one is by far the best.

Perfect Grilling and Broiling: Heat grill or broiler. Shake or rub Perfect Blend onto chicken or turkey pieces, using about 2 tsp. per pound. Grill over low heat or broil 5 inches from heat, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 170ºF, about 20 minutes for boneless and about 30 to 40 minutes for bone-in pieces, depending on size. Perfect Roasting and Baking: Shake or rub Perfect Blend over entire surface and inside cavity of whole chicken, or onto chicken or turkey pieces, using about 2 tsp. per pound. Roast in 375ºF oven until internal temperature reaches 180ºF for whole chicken, about 1-½ hours, and 170ºF for pieces, about 30 to 60 minutes. Perfect Burgers: Shake Perfect Blend onto ground turkey or chicken patties using about ½ to 1 tsp. per patty. Grill, pan-fry or broil until internal temperature reaches 180ºF, about 7 to 10 minutes.
