(More customer reviews)This is a great all-purpose seasoning. It is sodium free for those on a sodium restricted diet or even for those who are not. You cannot even notice that there is no salt in it.
I have been using Magic Seasoning Blend for years on a variety of foods and have not gotten tired of it.
I recommend that you try it as well!

(More customer reviews)My family has been a roast chicken fan for a very long time. I think it started with KFC like 20 years back. Then Costco started to offer Rotisserie Chicken, so very good.
Then some enterprising family member got a vertical roasting pan. Well we (they not me) experimented and found salt and Paul Prodhomme's Poultry Magic were an awesome combo.
I went to college and received my own vertical roasting pan as a gift and I used the same mix.
At some point I decided to try something different and came upon Mrs Dash's. I have to admit I don't like it as much as PPPM, but I really like it and keep a bottle around. I cheat on whole chickens, I salt the cavity and use the chicken grilling blend or the original blend on the outside.
I have a Ronco Rotessire now and use this on chicken thighs and legs. Not all the time, but in a rotation of spices and marinades.
This blend adds flavor without fat or calories. Definitely worth having a bottle around.
