(More customer reviews)Very easy to fix with a can of tomatoes and some chicken, pork or shrimp. The seasonings are flavorful and the rice cooks up nicely, unlike instant rice which has an odd extruded look and feel. It is quite salty though - more salty than I like. I have been using sodium free tomatoes and, of course, not salting the water. I will eat the boxes I have but will not order more due to the excessive salty taste.
