(More customer reviews)Found this knife by luck in a thrift shop, and have loved it ever since. It is sturdy, very slightly flexible, and tremendously useful on breads, lettuce, cheeses, and cakes. I am going to buy more of them as gifts to friends with bread machines, friends with kids who use knives on good bakeware, family who love bagels (and have cut fingers while cutting bagels), and a couple of brides as a general, must-have tool in the kitchen. It is definitely worth the money!
