(More customer reviews)I bought this sauce at a local asian food store. I brought it home and used it to make Kung Pao chicken. However, it had so much vinegar and salt there really wasn't a taste. I also bought a Peanut Sauce from Dynasty, which tasted almost the same as the Kung Pao sauce because again, there was an extreme abundance of vinegar and salt. Do not buy this product if you actually like good Chinese food. Hell, even if you like bad Chinese food, you could probably find a better sauce.

(More customer reviews)One of the things I wanted to see more of a selection of in the supermarket was chinese restaurant style sauces...they're simply the best:)Luckily the brand called 'House of Tsang' came out with a wide selection of sauces geared towards asian style meals and one I was thoroughly impressed with was thier classic stir-fry sauce.I must say it's a big improvement over Kikkoman's,In my opinion the House of Tsang is bigger on taste and backs off on the overly salty taste I get from Kikkoman's...Enjoy :)

(More customer reviews)I use this as a marinade and basting sauce when grilling satay, steak, pork, salmon, and chicken. Make an easy satay marinade by combining Mae Ploy brand Yellow Curry Paste ( high in lemon grass ), lime juice, creamy peanut butter, some sambal olek (or substitute red chili flakes), and a little canned coconut milk ( optional ).
Friends that have tried it love it. I tell them I do not really think of it as a condiment, however, I sometimes pour in a small drizzle on rice or use as a dipping sauce. It is a molasses-like combination of palm sugar and soy sauce. I always try to keep some in stock in my kitchen.
