(More customer reviews)I bought this sauce at a local asian food store. I brought it home and used it to make Kung Pao chicken. However, it had so much vinegar and salt there really wasn't a taste. I also bought a Peanut Sauce from Dynasty, which tasted almost the same as the Kung Pao sauce because again, there was an extreme abundance of vinegar and salt. Do not buy this product if you actually like good Chinese food. Hell, even if you like bad Chinese food, you could probably find a better sauce.

(More customer reviews)My whole family loves black pepper chicken at Chinese restaurants and it was with that in mind that I ordered this sauce - trying to capture the restaurant flavor at home. Unfortunately it is not even close. There is black pepper in this sauce, but the flavor doesn't taste anything like the black pepper chicken sauce in the various restaurants we've been at. I don't mind the taste, but my wife and kids don't like it at all. If you are going for the restaurant flavor, this isn't it. If you simply want a new sauce for chicken, this is an ok one.

(More customer reviews)We have been searching for a good Kung Pao sauce for a while and finally found it. I first came across this sauce in an Asian grocery store in Athens. We loved it so much that we ordered 3 more packages from Amazon and I am ready to order more. It is spicy but not overpowering. It has a little more ginger flavor than what we were used to but we all still love it!
