These larger pouches are handy to have, you can spoon out just as much or little depending on what your making. In the winter is when I use more gravy, making chicken and dumplings etc. I just wish the packets came in the roasted chicken flavor which is even better.....Also I always make sure to have in my kitchen is their beef gravy which I use even more than the chicken, whenever you need to thicken up a soup or sauce you can always just add a little of the knorr works perfectly every time.
