(More customer reviews)Like any Indian spice blend, each garam masala is different. I bought this for Butter Chicken, and also bought some garam masala at Whole Foods. This particular one is more "cumin" to the nose/palate, while the one from WF is more "cloves" - so I generally use some of each when a recipe calls for garam masala. If you've never tried Butter Chicken, look up a recipe, buy some garam masala, and get cookin'! My husband would eat it every night - it's that good!
