(More customer reviews)I gave this product 5 stars because as a product it is just the best. BUT, it hasn't been unavailable in stores since this summer. A call to Shelton today confirmed that production is suspended - it will resume - and that customers should look for the product to be available again in January / February 2011. Any product on the market will probably have a RELATIVELY short expiration date. It may be long enough for what you need but ask first is what I'm suggesting.

Delicious clear broth with Zero Fat and Zero Salt added. Makes a wonderful base for soups and sauces and can also be used to steam vegetables.
