(More customer reviews)The bean part was fine - but the chicken was almost non-existent. In a 14.5 ounce can - there was about 2 tablespoons of negligible quality organic chicken sausage. The chicken sausage tasted quite "processed" although it was organic, it was tasteless and the texture of the chicken sausage wasn't very good. I prefer other brands of organic black bean meals - Amy's Organics and Health Valley are better tasting. I wouldn't order this flavor again. I'd rather buy a can of Eden brand organic black beans and slice up a fresh chicken sausage and make my own home made version. The only thing to recommend this brand is the Super Saver option which gives you free shipping - plus an additional discount, which is a very good deal.
