(More customer reviews)I've been eating this stuff for 20 years or so, and the only problem I have is with the "pop-off" cans. I have no problem operating a can opener, and these allegedly easy-opening cans are a pain to operate and they splatter stuff all over the place. Other than that, this is by far the best canned chicken I've ever found, possibly because it's in broth, which means there's still some fat left to help keep the flavor in. It's tender, without being mushy, rubbery, or greasy, and I don't recall ever finding any bone fragments, if that's a concern. I've even eaten some that I bought locally that was a few months out of date, and it was as good as any that still had a good date on it. There's another brand of Mixin Chicken out there that's so sorry my cat won't even eat it, but Swanson has definitely hit a home run with this one. Thanks to Amazon for keeping it in stock.
