(More customer reviews)I was curious about the differnce between the two mixes and called the company. There is only one difference: All Natural mix uses natural real vanilla and it is only sold in retail packages. The Original mix uses artificial vanilla flavoring. That's it! The taste for both products is the same: Great! Natural is our choice.
In our opinion, the mix makes great pancakes and excellent waffles. The malted flaver is more distinct in the pancakes. Enjoy!

(More customer reviews)We LOVE the new gluten free Bisquick! I used to for cheddar biscuits mostly until we found out that we had a milk protein intolerance. Now, we are using this to make so many more recipes because it is dairy free and from what I can tell allergen free. The only thing I would like better (General Mills-if you are listening-I know I am not the only one that wants this) is if it came in bulk packaging. Just put the GF Bisquick in a larger box like the regular Bisquick and then sell in a 3 or 6 pack. Just mark that this review was helpful if you agree and maybe GM will listen! LOVE THIS-ORDER NOW!!

(More customer reviews)All in all, this is a great little item. I must warn you, though, if you put it in the microwave for the allowable minute or so, make sure to put the lid on upside down.
I put the lid on properly, as any normal person would, and found that once I removed it from the microwave, it had developed a vacuum seal with the main part of the container. I didn't know this is what happened and actually thought at first that it had melted together never to be usable again.
Well, after a while (maybe about ten minutes), the air inside cooled down enough to release the vacuum and I was able to use the container and get to the tortillas that had been imprisoned inside without a fair trial.
I use this often when making Olga-type bread. Unfortunately, it's a little shallow, so doesn't hold too many of those, but for plain flour or corn tortillas, it holds quite a few. I also use this to keep pancakes warm as I'm cooking them up.
In closing, I'd say this was definately worth the money.

Norpro Cast Iron Plett Pan Review

(More customer reviews)I took the pan out of its box and immediately noticed that the 7 pancake holes were not straight sided like usual. The holes were very shallow. I held the pan by the handle and turned it over to look at the bottom. The "cast iron" handle snapped off and the pan fell to the floor. Back it goes!
