It is the very best way for frying fish, shrimp, soft crabs, chicken, frog legs, cutlets, zucchini, oysters and egg plant, plus this 5.75 lb jar is a great way to buy in bulk. I rate the item as 3 stars, not because the food but because the shipping costs are too high.
