(More customer reviews)I used to eat these noodles in high school in the UK and absolutely loved them. The girls from Hong Kong sold them. Yes, they are big in Hong Kong, but the maker themselves, Nissin is Japanese.
Other reviewers are right, it is a knock off of the famous Ramen noodles. However, for me, these noodles taste differently than Ramen.
When I buy Ramen in the US, I absolutely do not like it. These ones, I do like. To me it is an alternative and better version of Ramen. The only complaint I have is that the soup base powder is slightly too salty. But that can be fixed by reducing the quantity added.
To add that spice, it goes well with Chinese chilli oil
