(More customer reviews)This is an exceptional soup/stew recipe - the best I've ever found. We've tried turkey, chicken, pork -- all are excellent. We like it best with hominy and white beans added. Family and friends who've enjoyed the green chile stew with us will often seriously "hint" that we hope we'll serve this during their stay.

Ok this is one awesomely delicious and simple mix!! The chefs of Cookwell & Company use only Hatch Chile's from the famous chile festival town of Hatch, New Mexico. They combine these special chiles with fire roasted tomatillos cilantro and yellow onions all slow simmered in small batches. All you add is the meat. Try it with cubed pork for a delicious simple chile verde, serve with warm tortillas....Yummmmmm
