(More customer reviews)We love this product but the last time we ordered six bottles they sent in very poor packaging and one bottle was broke. Even after complaints and a request for a new bottle - because it is not a cheap product - we did not get an answer or a replacement bottle!! It would be really nice for the company to at least reply to complaints!
