I can only guess that Unilever wants to promote their margarine brands) and was surprised at 1) how tasty the result is, and 2) how well the instructions work. This pilaf will now be a fixture in my cupboard. (NB the price from my local market was about 75% the unit price here, and you don't have to buy a case).
