I use it as a side dish, but I especially like to use it as a base for a great stir-fry, adding in browned onion, mixed vegetables, water chestnuts, sliced almonds, diced cooked chicken, or whatever seems appetizing at the moment.
It's really great stuff, and you can't go wrong adding some extra whole grain to your diet! You've got to try it.
