In fact, I discovered it because when my grandma first started using it to make matzoh balls, my mom said to her that it tasted just like Bubbe's matzoh balls. (I never saw my grandmother look so proud! She could have lit up a city, she was glowing so hard: my great-grandmother's cooking was legendary.)
I ran out and couldn't find it where I was living for years, and I'm SO GLAD to have a supply again!
