(More customer reviews)I am on a gluten-free diet and from what I can tell this is the only chicken bouillon powder that is gluten-free and milk-free. (The product is not labeled gluten or casein free, but from the ingredients listed it seems to be so.) I use it to make soup so that I can cook recipes that call for cream of chicken soup. I am just so grateful SOMEONE makes a bouillon powder I can use!!! Thank you Knorr!

Knorr powdered chicken bouillon in jar for base in soups and sauces. Great to prepare tortilla soup.
