This rolling pin is much better than my old wooden one. It has a nice weight, not too heavy , but heavy enough to help get the job done easily.

Grip-ez Pastry Blender 4.75"x4"/12cm X 10cm Review

I bought this in November--by December it was already broken and useless. It's not like I was using it in a commercial setting! I made about four pies before the handle began to turn. The screws move, making it difficult and uncomforable to use. It's poor preformance is the reason I'm back on amazon, looking for a new one. Don't bother with this cheap thing!

"Use this professional stainless pastry blender for your biscuits, scones, and pies! You'll love this professional kitchen tool.We prefer blades, not wires, on our pastry blenders.Wires work okay but once you use blades, you won't go back.It seems that blades are more rigid and cut faster and finer through your pastry dough. This is a quality, professional tool that you will be happy to add to your kitchen collection."
