(More customer reviews)My Mom is a vegetarian and told me how great this stuff was. I have come to take that with a grain of salt sometimes but in this case I was astonished. She made chicken noodle soup using it, and after I ate two bowls of it I went to read the ingredients as I was sure it was chicken broth. It's not. Really awesome product.
