Since my diagnoses there have been many favorite recipes I've stopped preparing because I had no gluten free creamed soup and making the soup to use in a recipe was way to labor intensive for me.
I was thrilled to find this soup to use in cooking. The consistency is a thinner than mainstream creamed soups, so the amount of liquid has to be adjusted. A small price to pay!
