Serrated edges on both sides of the spoon make it so easy to remove each section of grapfruit. When I wanted a second set last year, I couldn't find them in stores. Bought several other brands, but none could compare. The ones with only one serrated edge are completely worthless. Finally found these Norpro spoons on Amazon and they just as wonderful as the first set. Using these spoons to eat our grapefruit, breakfast is no longer a frustrating experience!
