Fairly spicy (in a good way, not burn your mouth way - disclaimer: I like spicy food, if you don't,this might be a tad too spicy for you?) and easy to make. I will definitely buy again.

(More customer reviews)After a recent pet surgery, I decided to really check the labels of all the foods I give to my dog. Many treats are high in carbs and sugars, not so healthy for some dogs. These are bite sized pure freeze dried liver, just as it says and my dog loves them. There is a slight smell if you leave the bag open, but I just reseal it and it does not smell on the counter! My dog gets one or two a day, and they are her favorites.

The tuna is moist, doesn't have a harsh fishy smell and is delicious. The healthy selections tuna is not overpowering and makes great tuna salad with a nice texture. (More customer reviews)This curry is pretty good as food goes, which is to say it is better than most fast foods and the sort. But it is not quite up to the mark for an Indian curry. I find Parampara's Tikka Masala curry to be much better flavored than this one. Despite having the "butter" label, it did not taste particularly rich or buttery, actually the Tikka Masala curry tasted butterier than this one. The flavor is nice but not the best that I have eaten. Also, I missed much of the aroma that I associate with Indian food and felt the lack of spices somewhat. Overall, not bad, but definitely not the best.

(More customer reviews)These come wrapped in packs of 6. I ordered a case which consisted of 6 packs. When I opened one of the packs I was overcome by a hideous smell and maggots! One of the cans which are pull tops must have been punched open in the shipping and I had to throw away the whole pack, it was so disgusting. The other 5 packs were okay but I did not save any money. I plan on contacting Amazon directly about this. I was probably just the one unlucky one.

- the rice is nice
- the chicken chunks are rather small
- the flavor is rather bland
rated this a THREE cuz there is nothing either for or against it. i really think it otta have more flavor.

(More customer reviews)Actual dried duck filets (minimum crude protein 68%, min. fat 2%, moisture 18%). don't know how they do it at this price, but of course it is a product of China. It states on the 2 lb bag that 9 lbs of duck meat were used which would be typical for any jerky. Because it is solid meat (obvious to the eye and how it breaks apart) there should be No issue with melamine. Each piece is around 5-6 inches long, 1/2 to 3/4 " wide, and about an 1/8" thick with natural variance in size expected with dried solid meat and little to no smell. The bag is resealable. The treats have a typical dried beef jerky texture so they are consumed fairly quickly, at least by our dogs (60 lbs and 75 lbs) But most important, our dogs absolutely love them. Your dogs will thank you. My folks in a different state have been able to get these at CostCo at a very good price

She's had issues with diarrhea, so I finally decided to fore go my vet's opinion and try her on a high quality dog food. I looked for something that had the lowest phosphorus level along with being easy on the digestive system. My dog loves it! She is excited about eating again, and she seems to be feeling more comfortable after she eats. I don't know if she has a long time left to share with me, but at least I know she is enjoying the most important parts of her day. Right now, I am mixing it with her prescription food at a ratio of 3 parts prescription kibble to one part Grandma Lucy's. So far, I am really pleased with the results!

VV Foods Vietnamese Chicken Pho Noodle Soup Spice, 1-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 10) Review

(More customer reviews)This product is basically the spices that you would put into pho broth if you were making it from scratch. You use this instead of going out to the market looking for whole spices. Each box contains 4 spice pouches (basically big tea bags). You use it by cooking up some plain chicken broth or stock and adding the tea bag to the cooking broth. After it's steeped for a while you can taste to see if the spice is strong enough for you, if not, leave it in longer. Once you're done with it, you just remove it from the broth. I like it much better than the powdered mixes, because I find that they are usually much too sweet and/or salty for my taste without providing enough spice. It also allows you to control how weak or strong of broth you use. I really liked the pho broth that resulted from this and highly recommend it.
